Fetty Wap (Willie Maxwell) pleads guilty drug trafficking charges and faces at least 5 years imprisonment, CENTRAL ISLIP (N.Y.).

Central Islip Magistrate Judge Steven Locke heard the plea and sent Steven Locke to prison two weeks ago.

Although he pleaded guilty in conspiracy to distribute and possess controlled drugs, which was the most serious charge against him in the indictment, it only covered cocaine.

The mandatory minimum sentence is five years imprisonment. Federal sentencing guidelines recommend two years.

Maxwell and five other co-defendants are accused of conspiring in June 2019 to possess and distribute more 100 kilograms (220 lbs) of heroin, crack cocaine and fentanyl between June 2019 and Juni 2020.

He was not the first to be arrested on Long Island. He was also arrested in Las Vegas in 2019 for allegedly attacking three employees at a casino-hotel.

In November 2017, he was also charged with DUI after being accused of drag racing on a New York City street.
