About the female body and not only about S**

How well do you know your body and the processes taking place in it? Can you answer what is happening on a biological, chemical, physiological or energetic level at any given moment?

Perhaps one of the most mysterious manifestations of the body occurs in women. A process that still causes a lot of controversy, and science still cannot clearly answer: why are these monthly bloodletting needed?

In ancient times, women were treated differently on “days like this.” Some adored and regarded the monthly bleeding in women as a manifestation of their supernatural abilities, and the blood itself had powerful protective and magical properties.

About the female body and not only...

Others believed that the woman was evil and was “unclean.” It was believed that everything she touches – turns sour, turns black, desecrated. These days, women were isolated from society and many things were forbidden.

Not everything that is “inappropriate” means “harmful” or “destructive”. Alas, often people do not know how to notice such differences and begin to frighten each other with stories about “the terrible sin of uncleanness.”

It must be said that in the old days “women’s suffering” was not as frequent as it is today. Girls got married very early, gave birth, breast-fed, so the appearance of blood caused fear.

In our time, there are still some prohibitions for women in this period in a number of cultures and religious directions, but of course there are no such churanies.

Now you can get well-grounded answers why, for example, in Christianity it is not allowed to touch shrines, to receive communion and it is undesirable to come to church. It’s not about the woman and her “problems”. No blood of anyone’s blood is appropriate in the temple. And not only what happens to a woman is considered unclean, but everything that is ejected from the body through some organs, as unnecessary or unnecessary, for example, from the ear, nose, throat, etc. God calls the monthly cleansing of women uncleanness in order to prevent men from copulating with them during this period, as “because of the dignity of the male and the veneration of women, and for the sake of veneration of the Law and nature, and mainly and mainly because of caring for offspring, children. “Truly, this is the only and main reason. In this explanation, it is important to note that the” mystical “, There is no “ritual” theme in it. The biblical position on this issue is ambiguous. The traditional church one is quite reasonable, but it is not the most ancient. And all because there was a hygienic revolution. In the past centuries there was no shower or underwear. Plus to this, sorry, the smell (in the fourth century, for example)!

In the Vedic culture, a similar state in a woman is considered a powerful cleansing from bad karma accumulated during the month. Critical days are a chance to start life anew every month. At the same time, the husband’s attitude towards a woman in the family should be understanding and caring. The main activities during this period are rest, listening to lectures, reading spiritual literature. At the same time, she needs to limit contact with others, not visit the temple, not buy food and not cook. Fulfilling all the prescriptions, a woman can clear the karma not only of one month, but also of the previous ones.

But according to Ayurveda, it is a defense mechanism that balances and heals the body. The time when you can regularly eliminate the accumulated doshas, and is part of the self-healing system of the female body. A woman, knowing this, should always take care of the regularity of her cycle in order to benefit and improve her health, naturally eliminating imbalances. These are special days when all negative emotions come out of a woman’s body: anger, anger, fear, anxiety that she has accumulated over the previous month.

Taoism, for example, explains that the main loss of energy in the weaker sex occurs precisely during critical days. Therefore, in the teaching there are a number of exercises and meditations aimed at stopping menstruation. If a woman wants to give birth to a child, she – again with the help of asanas – restores them.

But what does science say about this phenomenon ?!

“… In 1910 the Austrian gynecologist B. Schick described an amazing phenomenon, which, unfortunately, as it happens, was not taken seriously. Indeed, the fact he established smelled mysticism: a Viennese doctor reported that during menstruation, a substance appears in the sweat of the hands of women, from which … roses quickly fade. This substance Schick called menstrual poison. In an effort to persuade distrustful colleagues, he collected and described scattered information about such seemingly ridiculous things, such as, for example, preventing a woman from fermenting wine and dough during menstruation, or that a substance that has a toxic effect on flowers is found in menstrual blood primroses. He published this series of observations in well-known scientific journals under the general title “Phytopharmacological study of menstrual toxin”. However, as we have already noted, Schick’s observations were not well received. They were only evaluated in 1957, when the English physiologist W. Pickles, armed with modern analytical methods, not only confirmed Schick’s data, but also chemically identified “menstrual toxins”. They turned out to be prostaglandins, already known by that time – extremely active biological substances that were first discovered in the prostate (hence their name). “

Perhaps, and some believe so, this is the explanation why in ancient times a woman possessed “impurity.”

After reading this information, from which, in principle, the idea of writing this article arose, I wanted to get to the bottom of the truth. I am not a biological chemist, and I may be wrong about something. But I was based on the bare facts of science and different opinions among doctors and scientists.

So, let’s begin….

What is menstruation and where does it come from?

In fact, this is the process of “molting of the endometrium”. If fertilization does not take place, a certain part of the endometrium is removed, which is manifested by the detachment of the functional endometrium and is accompanied by bleeding. The molting process is not one-step. That is, the endometrium is not rejected immediately and everywhere, but begins at certain points, and continues for 4-5 days, and at the same time the process of its restoration is underway.

In the animal kingdom, only a small number of animal species menstruate. The difference lies in the features of changes in the endometrium after ovulation. Ovulation occurs in many mammals, but only in some species the endometrial cells change.

Opponents of such a reaction of the body argue that it is a mistake of nature, a kind of irrational step in the evolution of animals, including humans. That women and female animals who live in harmony with nature do not have it at all, or it happens very rarely. If this wild animal is placed at home and fed with “human” food and exposed to the stress of civilized life, then they have it, due to the strong pollution of the body. And, of course, there is some truth in this.

Nevertheless, the fact remains – menstruation is observed just in higher primates and humans – in the last link in the evolutionary development of the animal world at the moment.

It is also impossible not to take into account that when people lived in absolutely ecologically clean conditions and, accordingly, ate the same clean food, many did not eat meat, women also had “discharge”.

So are prostaglandins poisonous?

Returning to the discovery of the Viennese physician B. Schick, let us consider what prostaglandins are. Today, these hormone-like substances are being actively studied, since their role in the body is huge and ambiguous. What is their merit? They increase the strength of heart contractions, improve the rhythm of heart activity, increase blood output, lower and increase blood pressure, increase and decrease blood flow in many organs … … cause fever, throbbing headache, change thermoregulation, and also cause contraction in the uterus, which and allows free movement of blood and detached endometrium. In listing the properties of prostaglandins, the polarity of their biological effects is noticeable. It depends on the type of prostaglandins and their balance with each other. There are several types of prostaglandins. Please note that they are produced, like a man, so in a woman with many tissues in different organs as needed. But the most important thing: due to its chemical structure, this group of hormones can exist or be active for a very short period of time, therefore prostaglandins act only locally or at the level of those cells that are produced. This means that the absorption of prostaglandins from the sperm through the vagina and vice versa, and the transfer of this small amount of substances into the brain cells, is practically impossible.

As a result, I never found confirmation that it is prostaglandins that are “menstrual poison”.

But even in this barrel of honey, there is a fly in the ointment …

During critical days, a woman’s level of leukocytes in the blood rises, and this clearly indicates an inflammatory process. Let’s figure it out.

Gentlemen scientists, and this official statement, write:

“Leukocytes and a woman’s reproductive system are inseparable. This is far from a sign of an inflammatory process, but a dynamic process that is observed in the body of women, and this completely depends on the hormonal background. “

So what makes the roses wither then ???

Some of the representatives of science, believe that a healthy woman should not have menstruation at all, just as there should not be a runny nose, cough and other mucus in the body (very similar to statements from Christianity). And if there really is, then we women are lucky, since we have another additional way of removing them.

Throughout his life, a man must process all acids as soon as they enter the body. A woman, during her reproductive period, retains the incoming acids in the lymph, blood and unfertilized placenta, and then, within 3-5 days, removes the deposited acids or as they are popularly called “poisons”. This constant elimination of toxins depletes the entire body system. Thus, although this channel of “drainage” of toxins works effectively, it does not bring anything good for the female reproductive system. It is no coincidence that, according to oncological statistics, the most common type of cancer is uterine cancer. The reproductive system is forced to work as an excretory system, although it was not originally designed for this!

Consequently, a certain amount of toxins and toxins discharged here during the current month are not completely eliminated during menstruation, and simply remain in the uterus, in the placenta. There, these toxins settle, coagulate, thicken, create an environment for the development of pathogenic fungal flora, which inevitably settles there over time, thrush becomes a common occurrence for us, as well as strange incomprehensible secretions that periodically leave the uterus. All this does not even surprise anyone, and then we expect a baby in such a uterus.

And at the same time, we still wonder why it became so difficult to get pregnant? If conception occurs, then the child finds himself in an initially polluted environment. The whole body is paying for the wrong way of life, which brought it into a state of constant slagging.

When the ability to remove harmful substances and acids through the uterus ends, for some time the female body tries to remove acids and harmful substances through the skin (sweating and wave-like heat), and if a woman continues to lead an unhealthy lifestyle, does not eat alkaline foods, and experiences stress, then diseases such as osteoporosis, varicose veins, rheumatism, swelling of the legs and feet soon appear, and fungi of nails and feet progress.

This is why research shows toxic substances not only in the blood, but also in the sweat.

Needless to say, what upsets our acid-base balance ?!

Protein metabolism makes a special contribution to the intoxication of the body . These toxins are various nitrogenous compounds, and primarily ammonia, which is formed in the body during the breakdown of proteins.

Meat gives a strong nitrogenous intoxication, followed by poultry, fish, dairy products, eggs. And they support this process of poisoning – fermentation and putrefaction in the intestines as a result of incomplete digestion of food, which can be caused by an improper diet, improper diet, diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, and simply overeating.

In people with a large amount of subcutaneous adipose tissue, the content of fatty acids in the blood rises.

Add alcohol, smoking … … and the picture opens up in full.

Perhaps my medical and chemical-biological knowledge is imperfect, and I have not fully found the answer to what “menstrual poisons” are. Having started their research in one area, they led me to another. The presence of toxins in the blood of menstruation is quite obvious, but it directly depends on what we eat and what kind of lifestyle we lead.

There is no need to be afraid of a woman in her special physiological moments. Just give it a rest, cleanse and recover. After all, everything that is in nature is perfect. And if you follow its laws, you will definitely achieve harmony and purity!
