Rice noodles with vegetables and aromatic sesame oil - Gluten Free Recipes

Structure for Rice Noodles:

  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Asparagus beans – 200 g.
  • Rice noodles – 200 g.
  • Sweet pepper – 1 pc.
  • Ghee or any vegetable oil – 4 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil – 2 tablespoons l. (gives the dish a special aroma and taste)

Cooking (20min):

For Rice noodles, Boil the noodles (as indicated on the package). Cut carrots and peppers into long and thin strips. Halve the beans.
Heat ghee or vegetable oil in a skillet (with high sides). Place carrots, beans, peppers – stir and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes. After the time has elapsed, add rice noodles to the vegetables and pour over sesame oil, stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Serve the dish warm.
