Gluten Free Pancakes: Ingredients

  • Rice flour – 1.5 cups
  • Pumpkin, peeled – 250 g.
  • Natural cane sugar gur – 1/2 cup
  • Sesame seeds – ½ cup
  • Cooking oil for frying – 1/3 cup

For Pancakes, Cut the pumpkin into pieces and boil until soft. Mix gluten-free flour with sugar. When the pumpkin is ready, we transfer it to a colander and let the water drain. Without waiting for the pumpkin to cool, we transfer it to flour, mix all the ingredients well. The dough is non-sticky, pleasant to the touch. We take part of the dough, roll out the ball, then flatten it so that it turns out to be a cake. Roll the cake in sesame seeds on both sides. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the pancakes on both sides until light golden brown. Gluten-free rice pancakes are best eaten hot.
