Gluten Free Cupcakes: Ingredients

  • Rice flour – ½ cup
  • Corn flour – 1 glass
  • Corn starch – 30 g.
  • Dried fruits (dried apricots, raisins, prunes) – 200 g.
  • Large apple – 1 pc.
  • Freshly squeezed apple juice – 100 ml.
  • Vegetable oil – 40 g.
  • Soda – 1/3 tsp

 

Gluten Free Cupcakes: Cooking

For Cupcakes, Rinse dried fruits, soak in boiling water for 15 minutes, and then chop finely. Cut the apple into pieces, and then grind it in a blender or grate it, mix with juice. We combine all the ingredients – sifted flour, applesauce, dried fruits and the rest, knead until smooth. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, lay out the dough in molds (preferably silicone ones) and bake for about 30 minutes.
